Evaluation of our Skills Exchange Programme

Tue, 30th Jul 2024

This report presents the outcomes of our Dementia Inclusive Singing Network’s Skills Exchange Programme.

In October 2023 we piloted a skills exchange programme with seven song leaders from our dementia inclusive singing network. Participants were invited to visit each other, observe sessions to see how other groups work, compare activities and approaches, and share their knowledge of inclusive singing leadership. The programme concluded with a sharing event in Glasgow and was independently evaluated. The outcomes will be used to help shape any future knowledge exchange programmes that we offer and are shared in this report.
