Volunteers from Clydeside Singers (c/o Greigrious CAS SCIO) are fundamental to Musical Minds Inverclyde success. Clydeside Singers acheived Dementa Friendly status in 2018. Our ethos is music therapy whilst singing for fun. In partnership with and with a representative from Alzheimer Scotland – Inverclyde, we also have volunteers from the organisations within our community too, The songs we sing are completely eclectic with . We encourage everyone in the room to participate also. The objective is to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all.

The structure consists of a cuppa being provided once folks are settled, then lyrics are onscreen for all with Clydeside Singers givin’ it laldy. It’s common for folks to starts singing solo or spontaneously start dancing. Bus loads come to join us and each month, everyone leaves on an endorphin high.
