Home | Find a Choir or Singing Group Temporary

Want to connect with a choir or singing group?

Now that many singing groups are meeting again following the Covid-19 pandemic, we are in the process of updating our Scotland-wide location search tool and map page. You’ll be able to check this page to find a dementia inclusive choir or singing group near you.

If you would like to connect with a choir or singing group near you now, please get in touch with us on the phone number or at the email address at the bottom of this page. If you would prefer, you can also fill in a contact form on the Contact Us page.

Want to join the network?

If you lead, organise or volunteer with a Scotland-based choir or singing group which supports or would like to support people affected by dementia, or work in a care or community setting and would like to deliver dementia inclusive singing sessions, you can now join our network by completing a short online form. This will give you access to a range of online events and discussions around supporting people living with dementia to keep singing, at home or in care settings.

Use the sign-up form button below to access the online form.

If you do not have an email address or are unable to complete the online form, please contact us to request a hard copy form by post.

How we can help

We also want to support choirs or singing groups who would like to become dementia inclusive, or people who are interested in starting a dementia inclusive choir. We will be running various online training events throughout the year, and this website contains lots of useful guides and links to information and resources to help you on your journey.

If you would like information on anything specific that you can’t find on the website, please get in touch with us on the phone number below or at the email address below. If you would prefer, you can also fill in a contact form on the Contact Us page.
