Running dementia-inclusive singing sessions using video conferencing

This online event is open to Dementia Inclusive Singing Network members only. If you haven’t signed up to join the network yet, you can do this now by completing a short online form. Please follow this link to join: https://singing.luminatescotland.org/join-the-network/.

Nothing can replace face-to-face sessions, but at a time when so many older people are at risk of social isolation and loneliness, finding creative ways to help them connect has never been more important.

Join this network-wide discussion led by Age Scotland’s dementia training team. We will explore the benefits and challenges of running dementia-inclusive singing sessions using video conferencing. There will be practical advice on how to overcome obstacles, and opportunities to discuss experiences and share learning. The event will help us develop future network training sessions.

This event is being delivered via Zoom. Once you register you’ll be sent details of how to join the session. Please note that places for this session are limited.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
